About ASI Chemical
ASI Chemical was established in 1989 by Miguel Diaz and has developed into one of America’s largest privately owned private label tire sealant and chemical manufacturer.
Through 1995 ASI Chemical was a one product company. In order to reach maximum potential, ASI Chemical began to develop new products and continue to work extensively with the existing product line to keep them high quality yet environmentally safe for the future.
In 1996, a chemical formulation expert and chemist with numerous chemical patents, joined the ASI Chemical staff and immediately began to assist in the development of what we feel is the most advanced and environmentally safe tire sealant on the market today. Our formulations are geared to our customers intended use, whether it’s for over the road, off road, industrial and heavy duty or the extremes of motorcycles, bicycles, and lawn and garden use.
ASI Chemical’s tire sealant is environmentally safe and has been tested by Smithers Scientific Laboratory to exceed the requirements set by the United States Postal Service for tire sealants. These requirements are the strictest standards required for tire sealants in the United States.
All of ASI Chemical’s products have been evaluated by Advanced Certified Environmental, to meet current environmental standards and are continuously evaluated as environmental laws change to ensure standards are met.
ASI Chemical joined with Slick 50 Corporation in 1996 to market its tire sealant product on an exclusive basis through Diamond Falcon Corporation. This was the only partnership Slick 50 had ever entered into with an outside company and the partnership continued until Slick 50 was acquired by Quaker State Corporation.
In 1999 ASI Chemical came to a marketing agreement with CMI (Corporate Marketing International), a company headed by the former CEO of HT Marketing (Hawaiian Tropic Products), in the United States. With the assistance of CMI, ASI Chemical products began penetrating the trucking and lawn and garden industry. CMI and PTL (Paschal Truck Lines) began testing our tire sealant product. Over a two year testing period, PTL averaged over $1,000,000 per year in tire expense savings. This savings was directly related to the use of ASI Chemicals “Flat Free” product on over 30,000 tires in their fleet. The savings resulted with Great Dane Trailer Corporation, the world’s largest truck & trailer manufacturer, issuing a memo in 2001 to all of their facilities, stating “Flat Free” would now be available for installation through their individual plants throughout the United States.
In 2000, ASI Chemical’s plant manager brought 10 years of chemical manufacturing expertise, with having spent these years with Pennzoil and being solely responsible for the chemical formulations and production of their Classic Car Care line as well as the Discount Auto Private Label products. Currently, ASI Chemical has the pleasure of our plant manager developing and supervising all the products manufactured by ASI Chemical under our Flat Free and ProShine Label as well as all our numerous proprietary products that are sold under private labels.
ASI Chemical has the capability to develop almost any chemical product your company would need, including the ability to reverse engineer products in order to make them better. Our current product line ranges from car care products, tire sealants, household and industrial chemicals. These product formulations are all exclusive and proprietary to ASI Chemical.
ASI Chemical operates from a 40,000 sq. foot facility in Central Florida and has the capacity to produce 50,000 bottles of product daily; that includes bottling, labeling, capping and sealing.
